The product is capable of penetrating even the most compact stone surface. The new Faber Enhancer Plus is a strong colour enhancer, stain proof impregnator and water sealer. There is no need to use a number of sealers to achieve all this protection. It will penetrate the stone fully and it will be ready for use within 1-2 hours. 

Faber Enhancer Plus | How To Use It

For optimal results make sure that the surface is 100% dry, spotless and residue free. Even if this product was designed to protect against water, if applied to a wet surface it will dry up patchy. Apply the product abundantly to the surface with a flat mop, a cloth or some kind of sealant applicator. Try to create a streak free finish. About 10 minutes after the initial application, go one more time over to remove any excess product that has not penetrated the surface. One coat of the new Faber Enhancer Plus is more than enough but two coats are recommended when sealing medium compact patio surfaces. A surface that was sealed properly should not require any additional refreshing for at least 36 months. Remember, this product is a wet look matt colour enhancer so pre-testing to make sure that the finish is as expected is essential. A professional sealer & stain protector like the amazing Faber Enhancer Plus requires proper care and safety.
