It can be used on any wood surface that was sealed with hardwax oil or floor oil. The product will bond with the pre-existing finish and it will restore | nourish the surface. Use it on all oiled floors, oiled furniture, oiled doors & frames, oiled toys, oiled worktops and generally all other waxed or oiled surfaces. The product is compatible with all floor oils and hardwax oils from Chimiver and all other brands. Unlike the oiled floor restorers, the product does not need to be buffed or polished a number of times. After a quick wash, the surface looks spotless, streak free and all small imperfections are filled up.

If your oiled floor or surface is in very poor shape, then the surface should be deep cleaned with Chimiver Lios Kronos. In a bucket of 5-10 L of water ad 2-4 caps of Chimiver Lios Soft Balm Aloe | Oiled Floor Maintainer and then use a normal mop or a flat mopping system to wash the floor as usual. The surface has to look wet but not soaked. As the floor dries, all the small imperfections and cracks will be filled up and the floor is ready for more traffic. You do not need to wash your floors with this product on a daily basis. Once or twice per week is more than enough to maintain the floor in good shape. The dilution rate can be increased depending on the condition of the floor itself. For badly worn oiled floors, use a lower dilution rate and for oiled floors that are in great condition you can use a more diluted composition.

All oiled floors require refreshing once in a while to maintain their protection in perfect condition. Make sure to dilute the product before use. Keep the product away from children. Store the product in a cold place away from direct sunlight. Do not use the product on any other type of floors beside oiled floors.
