A Look At The Faber Neutral Cleaner 1L

Clean spaces are vital for general wellbeing. You want a living or working space that is properly maintained, not one that is all dull and forlorn due to the build-ups of dirt and grime. An inviting interior makes life comfortable for your family members and guests at home, as well as the customers and employees in the workplace – as opposed to having surfaces riddled with spills and caked-on debris. Dirt is inevitable. Whether it is tracked into the building, spilled from foods and snacks being taken in the premises, or more intentional like the markings doodled by kids onto surfaces. It all needs to be got rid of, thus the need of having a stringent cleaning program in place. There are different factors to take into account for this. This ranges from the cleaning power of the formulation, to the economics involved since day-to-day cleaning costs can quickly spiral out of control if not well handled. The Faber Neutral Cleaner comes in as a formulation that is geared towards enabling you meet your daily cleaning needs affordably. Keep your surfaces clean without breaking the bank.

Daily Surface Care Made Easy With The Faber Neutral Cleaner 1L

The detergent brings top-level cleaning power to your surface care processes. When applied to the target area, it breaks down the dirt and grime, making them easier to remove. The chemical action of the dirt that is riddling the floor does the heavy lifting, with the substances being easily dissolved by the detergent. You can work with the traditional buck and mop systems, to high capacity wet and dry scrubbing machines. The high capacity of the formulation minimises the amount of mechanical scrubbing action needed for the task.

Surface safety is a key consideration, especially when it comes to sensitive and absorbent materials like natural stone. Here, using products with the wrong pH can easily result in the material being corroded, weakening its structure and reducing its life. Some agents can cause etching, and this is commonly seen with the acidic cleaner used for DIY tasks. The likes of vinegar, or lemon-based solutions, are not suitable for such kinds of installations. Dealing with the dirt and grime on this surface requires finding an intricate balance between getting a solution that can efficiently work against the dirt, while at the same time being compatible with the underlying surface. The Faber Neutral Cleaner delivers on its mandate without risking the structural integrity or beauty of the surface being worked on. It is gentle to the installations, and in fact works to further nourish the materials themselves, including when dealing with natural stone. You can also use the product to clean grout widths. It can be safely applied on materials like cotto, terracotta, granite, marble, and their agglomerates.

You want quality and reliability when sourcing for surface care and maintenance products. With Faber, you can rest assured that you’re getting value for your money. This is across the vast range of its products, from the abrasives and polishes that are used to spruce up the surfaces, mastic and epoxy systems that come in to deal with the chips and cracks, stain removers that tackle those oil- and water-based stains that stubbornly clicking onto the surfaces, waxes and finishes that make the natural colour and tone of treated surface more prominent, or change the aesthetics altogether, all through to day to day cleaning agents like the Faber Neutral Cleaner which we’re looking at here.

Application

Using the Faber Neutral Cleaner 1L is straightforward. Start by diluting it with clean water, then proceed to watch the target surface with the desired equipment – ranging from cloths and mops or the larger equipment like single disc machines. The choice made here will come down to personal preference.

Are you working on surfaces like natural stone or cotto installations? Here, mix 2-3 capfuls of the Faber Neutral Cleaner with 5 litres of clean water. For the less absorbent surfaces, 1 capful of the product with 5L of water will be enough. If you use the recommended ratios then there will be no rinsing required after you wash the target surface. Using the formulation when it is highly concentrated brings about the risk of leaving behind build-ups on the surface.

The surface being worked on will be ready to use after it dries, and the equipment that you use for the cleaning can be washed with water.

Note:

  • Do not mix the Faber Neutral Cleaner with other chemicals.

  • Before cleaning the surfaces, vacuuming or dusting them to clear away debris is recommended.

  • While it is a versatile product, working on a wide range of surfaces, it is recommended that you first carry out a spot test on a small hidden section of a new area before using it – especially if you’re not certain whether or not the product can be used for your particular situation.

A Little Goes A Long Way

The concentrated nature of the Faber Neutral Cleaner enables each unit purchased to cater to a wide surface area. In fact, the formulation has a coverage rate of 900/1100m² per litre- with the particular rate for your situation depending on the type of surface and the dilution ratio used.
