Craftex Urine Neutraliser | Why Use It
Dealing with pet or human urine odours is not pleasant at all. While some products will provide some level of results, most will only slightly deodorise the surface for a short period of time. But 2San Urine Neutraliser is a different type of product. This product’s main job is not to deodorise or mask the urine odour but instead it will bond with the uric acid and it will neutralise it. A chemical reaction will happen where the source of the bad urine odour (the uric acid) will be neutralised and it will not release more odours. This professional urine neutralising liquid is compatible with all water washable surfaces.It does not leave a strong fragrance or residue behind and it is highly concentrated. Craftex Urine Neutraliser | How To Use It
It can be used in conjunction with all kinds of cleaning systems and cleaning equipment. It can also be added to any cleaning solution to give that particular cleaning solution some urine neutralising power.
Spray Bottle | Dilute the product 1 to 4 in clean water. 1 part product and 4 parts water. Shake the bottle well to create a consistent mixture and spray the surface making sure that the whole area is sprayed but not soaked. No need to rinse. The product will start working on the urine odour.
Mop Bucket | Mix up whatever cleaming agent you prefer for that particular type of floor and add 100 ML of 2San Urine Neutraliser per 10L bucket. By doing so you transform a standard floor cleaning solution into a urine neutraliser as well.
Extraction Machine Tank | If you are professional carpet or sofa cleaning company and you are trying to get rid of bad urine odours from carpeted surfaces or fabric surfaces, all you need to do is to add some 2San Urine Neutraliser to the solution tank and use the machine as usual. Or you can use a special pressure pump to do one more spray all over the surface after the carpet | sofa | mattress was cleaned.
The recommended dilution rate is 1 to 4 but this is informative only. The actual dilution can be decided on the spot after the project complexity is assessed. Some badly affected areas might require a number of treatments before noticeable results are achived. When using the new Craftex Urine Neutraliser on a regular basis, the dilution rate can be increased to 1 to 10 or higher. For heavy duty urine neutralizing projects no dilution is required.
Craftex Urine Neutraliser | Recommendation
Do not overuse the product. This product is not a floor cleaner. This product is not a deodoriser. Do not mix up a number of odour kill or urine neutralising products to avoid unwanted reactions. The treated area should not be used for a few hours to allow the product to work. When dealing with highly polished surfaces or very sensitive surfaces, pre-testing is highly recommended. PH 4, pink composition and bleach free. Keep it away from children and pets. Store in a cool and dark place away from direct sunlight.
