You are just about to use a highly concentrated carpet cleaning shampoo. The product has to be diluted 1 to 100 in warm water and used with any kind of commercial or residential hot water extraction carpet cleaning machine.

Pre-spray the whole surface with the most appropriate pre-spray for that particular surface

Allow 5-10 minutes for the pre-spray to work and then lightly scrub the surface

Now use the carpet or sofa cleaning machine to shampoo the surface as usual
