Often, warm water can help lift grease and speed up cleaning—but it depends on the product chemistry and the surface. Always follow the manufacturer’s label for dilution and temperature guidance, and test a small area first.

Use a measuring cup, dosing pump, or pre-measured bottle. Consistent dosing improves results and prevents sticky residues, re-soiling, or wasted product—especially on floors and hard surfaces.

It can be true for high concentrates, but the final number depends on the dilution ratio, container size, and task (maintenance vs heavy soil). If you tell us your routine and surfaces, we can recommend the most cost-effective dilution and product choice.

Some strippers can help on suitable unsealed surfaces, but it’s not universal. Always check the product label/SDS and test first. Rinse thoroughly and avoid leaving residues. For sealed tiles or sensitive surfaces, a dedicated tile/grout cleaner is often safer.

Acid cleaners are commonly used for limescale and mineral deposits on compatible surfaces. Avoid acid-sensitive stone (e.g., marble/limestone) and always test a small area. Follow label/SDS instructions and use appropriate PPE.

Black pads are usually aggressive and used for heavy scrubbing/stripping on suitable floors. They can mark or scratch certain finishes. Always match pad aggressiveness to the floor type and finish, and test before doing a large area.

Red pads are often used for light scrubbing/buffing on many floors, but “all floors” isn’t guaranteed. The correct pad depends on floor type and finish. When in doubt, ask us and we’ll recommend the safest option.

Never mix bleach (sodium hypochlorite) with acids (e.g., descalers, toilet cleaners, vinegar) or with ammonia-based products—this can release toxic gases (including chlorine/chloramines). Use good ventilation, avoid spraying into the air, and always follow the label and SDS.

The biggest risk is mixing bleach with incompatible chemicals. However, very warm/hot conditions can increase fumes and speed up chemical breakdown. Use bleach as directed by the manufacturer (often cool/room-temperature water is recommended) and ensure ventilation.

Measure accurately, label spray bottles clearly, never reuse food containers, store chemicals securely, and wear PPE as per SDS. If a product has a safety sheet (SDS), use it as your primary reference for safe handling.
