This page explains how we handle information and the terms that apply to purchases and use of our services.

Returns

We do not accept returns of varnishes, oils, stains or lacquers, please ensure you buy the correct product in the right quantities, we are happy to provide free, no-obligation advice prior to purchase.

Product Condition: Un-opened & un-used , we will not exchange used equipment or products. If you are unsure which products you require contact us before you place an order so we can advise you.

We will only accept a return and issue a full return or exchange if the product is faulty. If incorrect quantities or the wrong product have been ordered we will not accept return.

Return Window: 14 days, returns will be accepted within 14 days

Window Extension: None

Return Method: In store or by post/courier. If incorrect quantities or the wrong products have been ordered the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: None

Currency: Euro

Refund Processing Time: a refund will be processed after the return has been received and inspected by a company representative. The presence of any damage or defect will void the company’s obligation to issue a refund. After the refund has been processed the customer will be notified, funds should reach the customer’s account within 5-7 working days.

We reserve the right to change or update information, to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Refund

To be eligible for return and refund, products must be part of our current stock and not discontinued. Special-order or specially sourced items are non-returnable. All returned goods must be in perfect, resalable condition, free from any damage or defects, and subject to inspection by a company representative. The presence of any damage or defect will void the company’s obligation to issue a refund.

Returns for Ordering Errors

If incorrect quantities or the wrong products have been ordered, returns may be accepted only if the goods are unopened and free from defects. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
