It can be used for sealing and protecting indoor worktops and outdoor worktops. Some worktops that were sealed with very high gloss protectors or glazers might not be suitable for recoating with the new Faber Stone Top Protector 500 ML. It works as well with all kinds of commercial worktops and residential worktops.

Faber Stone Top Protector 500 ML | How To Use It

Start by deep cleaning the whole surface to make sure that the worktop is residue free, grease free and dry. After the initial cleaning, allow the worktop to ventilate for a few minutes to make sure that all the water from the pores has fully evaporated. You can use a varnishing roller, a microfiber cleaning cloth or some type of special applicator. Shake the bottle for a few seconds to create a uniform composition and pour some of the product on the worktop. You can use any of the above tools to spread the product evenly. Do not leave allow the product to puddle up on the worktop. The product has to be spread in a thin and even coat all over the surface. Allow it to dry naturally for about 1-2 hours before using the worktop. You can use a clean microfiber cloth to give the surface a light buff before starting to use it. To speed up the drying periods you can use a hair drier.
