Amtico Maintainer | Why Use It
Amtico Maintainer was designed to safely clean and remove most types of general dirt and residue from Amtico floors. This is a highly concentrated floor cleaning product that needs to be diluted for use. Amtico Floor Maintainer is a low PH floor cleaning product that is safe and recommended to be used on most types of floors, sealed and unsealed.
The new Amtico Maintainer removes all kinds of day to day dirt deposits and it does not negatively affect the sheen of the floor. It can be used to maintain commercial Amtico floors and residential Amtico floors. The product can be used on all Amtico floors that were sealed with an Amtico Dressing or any other type of water based floor sealer.
Amtico Maintainer | How To Dilute
Dilute 1 part of Amtico Floor Maintainer with 100 parts of warm water. Do not overuse to avoid unnecessary wastage and extra expense. You can use an Amtico Maintainer with a mop and bucket system, with a floor cleaning machine or a spray & wipe system. For heavy duty stains you can use Amtico Spillage Remover. To maximize its cleaning power dilute the new Amtico Floor Maintainerin warm water. The recommended dilution rate is informative only and it can be increased or decreased with the floor’s requirements.
Amtico Maintainer | How To use
After the floor is sealed with an Amtico Dresser you will need to use a non acidic and low PH floor cleaner to avoid dulling the floor polish. Amtico Maintainer will do just that. Wash your floor daily with a cotton mop or a microfiber floor pad. Do not over wet and do not use very rough materials on your floors.
You can use an Amtico Maintainer in conjunction with a floor cleaning machine as well. As the name of the product says, the new Amtico Floor Maintainer is a maintainer suitable for daily Amtico floor cleaning and not suitable for heavy duty floor cleaning projects. If the floor is in poor shape, deep clean the floor with a stronger cleaning product, seal the floor and then use the new Amtico Maintainer to maintain the new sealer.
Amtico Maintainer | Where To Use
Amtico Maintainer was designed for cleaning and maintaining Amtico floors. But Amtico Floor Maintainer is as efficient on marmoleum floors, vinyl floors, rubber floors, wood floors, sealed marble, travertine, terrazzo, terracotta etc. Use the same dilution for all types of floors. If you want to protect your Amtico floors in the right way please clean it with Amtico Floor Maintainer. This super concentrated floor cleaner is also a floor polish enhancer. It will clean and protect in one go. Responds to burnishing after cleaning.

Do not use the new Amtico Floor Maintainer without first diluting according to the manufacturers recommendations. Do not oversoak the floors.
