Dilute the product in warm water and mop the floor well. Use a cotton mop and pre-soak the area for at least 30 minutes before scrubbing the floor. The acid has to break mortar and grout residue from the tile so time to react is required. It will not affect the tile in a negative way and it will not release fumes even when used undiluted. This product is designed for heavy duty professional use only.
