Polishing or maintaining already polished surfaces can be very time consuming, expensive, messy and it can cause a lot of disruption. Some sealers take days to dry, some polishing creams generate a lot of dust during the polishing process and some other types of sealers have very strong odours, all of this will cause business closure or serious disruption to normal business operations. The incredible Faber Buff N Shine is a new and very innovative crystallization liquid that is 100% water based, relatively odor free, easy to apply, quick drying, outstanding coverage area and the treated area can be opened for traffic within minutes after polishing. Even better, the incredible Faber Buff N Shine is also very affordable.
Its Coverage
The estimated coverage area for this product is somewhere between 35 to 50 sq meters per 1L. The product’s coverage area will vastly depend on the surface preparation, the type of surface and the application system. A multi use crystallization liquid that can be used on one type or many types of natural stone floors at once. The surface absorbency is the main deciding factor for its coverage area. Smoother the stone and more regular polishing will equal higher coverage area.
Where To Use
The new Faber Buff N Shine was designed as the main crystallization liquid for pretty much all types of smooth natural stone surfaces. It fully replaces most other types of polishing powders and polishing creams from Faber and other brands. It can be used successfully to restore and re-polish indoor and outdoor surfaces.

How To Use
The new Faber Buff N Shine can only be used on natural stone surfaces that were previously grinded and polished, but due to intense daily traffic or the use of improper cleaning products, the floor has dulled up and the original sheen is not visible any longer.
Deep Cleaning
The entire floor area should be deep cleaned with Faber 30 or Faber Deterfug to remove all types of ingrained dirt, grease patches and surface stains. If the floor is already in a good shape, it should be washed with Faber Algafloor or Faber Neugel.
Polishing
The surface should be firstly polished with Faber Alpha Gloss in conjunction with a white floor pad. To be able to work fast and effectively, a heavy duty floor buffer of about 2 HP should be used. The new Faber Alpha Gloss will create a perfect base for the next step.
Shake the bottle of Faber Buff N Shine well to make sure that a uniform mixture is created, pour some on the floor and start buffing it slowly while working in small areas of around 1-2 sq meters. Use a low speed floor buffer that has a maximum speed of 200 RPM. Buff the surface until the surface has absorbed the product in full and the sheen has become very visible. Now move along to the next area. If the level of gloss is not satisfactory, a second and third crystallization operation can be done.
Cleaning
Any excess residue should be washed off and the area should be neutralized with a neutral PH floor cleaner. Dry the floor and give it a buff with a high speed floor burnisher and a clean white floor pad. To prevent the dulling of the gloss again, please clean and maintain your natural stone floors with one of Faber`s neutral PH maintainers.
Our Recommendations
Do not use the new Faber Buff N Shine on any artificial stone floors, wood surfaces, plastic floors or natural stone floors with high absorbency. To maximise your results please deep clean the surface before polishing and use proper floor buffers and equipment. Do not over use the product to avoid wasting it and do not under use it to reduce its efficiency. Do not dilute and do not apply the incredible Faber Buff N Shine over wet or damp surfaces. This product is only suitable for dry buffing.
Safety
Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines before use. Suitable protective gloves should be used when handling this product. Work in well ventilated areas and work in small areas at a time. A mask should be worn in areas with poor ventilation or on large polishing projects. The product should be buffed in until the surface will fully absorb it and there is no more residue left. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and safely out of reach of children.
