Junckers Black Wood Stain 750 ML | Where to use
There is a big difference between wood stain and paint. A wood stain will be fully absorbed by the wood and will maintain the natural look of the wood. The fibre of the wood will be very visible. Wood stain is just a colour and it can be used as a protective coat only on furniture. When staining floors, the wood stain will require overcoating with one of Junckers lacquers or two pack water based floor varnishes from other brands. Junckers Black Wood Stain 750 ML can be used to stain all types of wood furniture, frames, window boards, wood handles, floors, etc.
The wood stain is only suitable for internal use. To be used on new or newly sanded wood surfaces. Any type of wood that you plan to stain, has to be clean, sealant free and dry. The wood stain has to penetrate the wood to bond well. The wood stain has no protective qualities and it requires overcoating.
Junckers Black Wood Stain 750 ML | How to use
If the surface that you are planning to stain is not new you will have to sand it. Any sealant like varnishes, oils, polishes, paints, etc, will have to be fully removed. When the original wood surface is exposed, you are ready for staining. Stir the thin well to mix to a perfect smooth composition. For furniture staining you can use a small cloth. Apply small amounts of wood stain with the cloth and rub it well against the wood surface until you achieve a perfect even finish. If you are not happy with the level of darkness, apply a second coat in two hours.
When staining wood floors you need to start with the edges and the corners. Staining the wood floor with a cloth is also possible but is very time consuming. A buffing machine would be ideal. Rub the cloth against the floor until it looks even all over. Some white wood floors might not look as black as you expect after only one treatment.

Stay well away from painted surfaces to avoid staining. This is a very dark stain and it will stain instantly. Any spillages should be cleaned fast with a clean cloth. Wear a pair of gloves to avoid staining your skin. Work in a well ventilated area. Do not seal with one pack water based varnishes from other brands. It will not bond.
