Chimiver White Wash Additive I Why Use It
The white wash finish is highly popular right now and the new Chimiver White Wash Additive helps transform your old wood floors into a light and modern scandinavian finish. Before the new Chimiver White Wash Additive was invented, anyone that was attempting to create a white wash finish on any type of hardwood floor or hardwood surface, had to apply a number of coats of white primer and then apply at least two coats of clear lacquer to protect the white primer. This time consuming process is no longer necessary with the invention of the new Chimiver White Wash Additive, because right now, there is no more need to apply 3 coats of white primer to create that cool looking white wash effect but instead just add the new Chimiver White Wash Additive to the Chimiver Ecostar Polyurethane Floor Lacquer and within 1-3 coats, the floor will be transformed from an old and dull looking yellow finish into a cool white wash finish.
Chimiver White Wash Additive I Where To Use It
The new Chimiver White Wash Additive can be added as a white wash additive to the amazing Chimiver Ecostar Polyurethane Floor Lacquer. The product can be used as the main sealer directly on the unsealed wood floors or it can be used as an overcoat over a pre-existing finish to transform that particular wood surface from a yellow or dark and patchy looking finish into a brilliant looking white wash finish. The new Chimiver White Wash Additive can be added to the amazing Chimiver Ecostar Polyurethane Floor Lacquer and then used to seal, protect and enhance wood floors, wood furniture, wood doors & frames, wood wall panels, wood ceilings, wood toys and other types of wood surfaces.
***The new Chimiver White Wash Additive cannot be used on its own. It has to be added to Chimiver Ecostar Polyurethane Floor Lacquer. While it might be compatible with other types of water based floor lacquers, the end results cannot be guaranteed***
Chimiver White Wash Additive I How To Use It
The new Chimiver White Wash Additive can be added to a matt, semi gloss or high gloss Chimiver Ecostar Polyurethane Floor Lacquer. Add 1 bottle and shake the bottle well. One bottle of the white additive will seal the yellow of the floor inside the wood and it will create a nice natural looking finish with a slight hint of a white wash. If you are after a proper strong white wash finish, then add 2 bottles of the new Chimiver White Wash Additive to 5 L of Chimiver Ecostar Polyurethane Floor Lacquer, shake the bottle well and lacquer the floor.

1 bottle of the new Chimiver White Wash Additive added to a 5L bottle of Chimiver Ecostar Polyurethane Floor Lacquer, applied in a two-three coats system, will create a slight hint of white while sealing the yellow of the floor under the lacquer.

2 bottles of the new Chimiver White Wash Additive added to 5 L of Chimiver Ecostar Polyurethane Floor Lacquer, will create a nice strong colour white wash after the first coat and the surface will get whiter and whiter after every coat.
Not everyone wants a very strong white colour and not everyone wants a light white wash. The new Chimiver White Wash Additive offers you the opportunity to make your wooden floor as white or as light white as you wish.
Chimiver White Wash Additive I Recommendations
Do not add more than two bottles of white additive per bottle of 5 L of lacquer. Do not add the new Chimiver White Wash Additive to a water based primer. Do not add the 2nd bottle of Chimiver White Wash Additive unless the 1st bottle is not white enough. Do not re-sand the floor after the first coat, only after the second coat of floor lacquer. Do not dilute the new Chimiver White Wash Additive with water or any diluting agent. Do not use the new Chimiver White Wash Additive on its own. It has to be added to Chimniver Ecostar Polyurethane Floor Lacquer. Not suitable for outdoor use.
