Chimiver Velurex Re-Pair Matt Wood Floor Polish | How To Use
The product is ready to use and no dilution is required. A quick shake of the bottle to create a uniform composition and you are ready to seal your floors. Start by cleaning the surface well with a strong degreaser or a professional wood floor cleaner. Applying the new Chimiver Velurex Re-Pair Matt | Wood Floor Polish over a dirty surface will only trap the dirt under the sealant. Assuming that the surface was vacuumed a number of times, washed nicely and is fully dry, proceed to the next steps:
- Pour a bit of wood floor polish | wood floor restorer onto the floor surface
- Soak the microfiber flat mop head in it and start polishing the floor surface
- Moving along the fiber of the wood, apply 1 thin coat of wood floor polish
- Add more wood floor polish as you move along the floor
- Make sure to walk from the wall backing to the door direction
- Make sure that the whole floor is touched and it looks evenly wet
- Allow 1-2 hours to fully dry and assess the finish. 1 more coat can be done
- The floor can be open to daily traffic after about 2 hours
