The new Tover TOVCOL PU / Mono-Component Polyurethane Adhesive can be used on any type of vertical and horizontal surface. The product has a thick gel like composition and will attach with ease to walls as well. It can be used for bonding all types of wood floors, skirting boards, profiles, all types of wood gluing operations. It can be used indoors and outdoors. Suitable for installing new wood floors or repairing old floors. A quick drying mono-component polyurethane adhesive.
Tover TOVCOL PU / Mono-Component Polyurethane Adhesive – How to use it
Make sure that the surface is flat, dust free and dry. Using an applicator gun, start applying the adhesive to the floor in thin strips. Depending on the surface, some areas will require a thicker coat than other areas to level up the wood floor. Install the wood floor over the adhesive and tap it lightly to create a bit of pressure on the adhesive and bond the wood with the floor surface. It will fully dry in about 12-24 hours, depending on a few factors. It can be used over concrete floor, plywood, painted surfaces, natural stones, sub floors, etc
-do not mix the adhesive with any other products
-do not apply over wet surfaces
-try to avoid contact with the top of your floor
-clean the tools well after use
