How To Use The Faber YS One

Begin by preparing the surface. First, ensure that all dirt and grime has been cleaned off. You don’t want to trap these substances under the treatment. Allow the surface to dry. In fact, you should never apply the product on wet floors. In case there are pre-existing treatments on the surface, like wax, polymers and resins that had been applied, first remove them. For optimal usage, the Faber YS One should be in direct contact with the floor. In case you’re dealing with a recently laid surface, or one that has just been grouted, let the adhesive or grout used to first cure completely before you apply the Faber YS One.

Next is determining the dwelling time that will be used. Here, it depends on the material, its resistance, composition and the surface hardness. The goal is to get the optimal dwelling time that will ensure satisfactory results with the non-slip attributes, while retaining the original appearance of the surface being treated. As such, it's advisable to carry out a spot test on a section of the floor which is in an inconspicuous area. 4. Rinse the surface using lots of clean water.
