The new Faber DECERA/P Alkaline Wax Stripper & Floor Cleaner is a product so good that most floor cleaning contractors all over Europe highly recommend it. This product removes years of accumulated dirt from balcony floors, patio floors, marble floors, travertine floors, cobblestone, Indian stone floors, tarmac, concrete, etc. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The new Faber DECERA/P Alkaline Wax Stripper & Floor Cleaner is highly concentrated and requires a dilution of 1 to 100 for average condition floors or 1 to 20 for heavy duty floor cleaning projects. For really bad stripping and wax removing projects it can be used in conjunction with DEC21 or Cottosolv to increase its cleaning power. The ideal product for the commercial floor cleaning industry. Due to its low foaming qualities, it can be used with a low speed floor scrubbing machine. Perfume free. Fume free. Alkaline.
Faber DECERA/P Alkaline Wax Stripper & Floor Cleaner – How to use
Start by assessing the job complexity. Based on the condition of your floor, you can decide the dilution area. A lower dilution rate of 1 to 20 will make the product highly aggressive while its recommended dilution of 1 to 100 will make the product great but less aggressive. Use warm water and a cotton mop. Apply the product to the affected area and allow 5 minutes of direct contact. Agitate with a low speed floor buffer fitted with a brush or pad and extract the waste. Repeat the operation if the dirt was not fully removed in one go. If some areas are more affected than other areas, do a local treatment. If you are attempting to remove old waxes or floor polishes you should add a bit of Faber DEC21 to the cleaning solution to enhance its stripping power.
