How To Use The Faber MA 90/V

Surface preparation
Before treating the surface, first you need to get rid of any dirt that is on it. The soiling, loose debris and other grime will prevent the Faber MA 90/V from properly bonding with the underlying structure, hence a thorough cleaning is imperative. Allow the surface to dry, since the product also should not be applied onto a wet area. Remember to protect those adjacent sections that are not to be treated. In case you’re applying the product on a surface which has recently been primed using a water-repellent product, first allow it to dry before treating the area with the Faber MA 90/V. Grouted surfaces should also be allowed to cure completely.

The application process
For this, you can use different equipment. The popular options are rollers, brushes, and also lambswool applicators. Once your equipment is ready, proceed with these steps:
- Apply the Faber MA 90/V abundantly onto the surface. Ensure that you set an even layer, covering the entire target section.
- Give it 5 to 10 minutes undisturbed for the product to set into the surface.

Units like the Faber 30 and Deterfug can come in for the heavy cleaning operations. Dewaxing, on the other hand, is carried out with the Dec 21 or the Decera P.
