Carefree Floor Stripper | Where to use
Carefree Stripper is a well known product within the cleaning industry. This superb quality floor stripper acts on impact and will reduce the amount of work and time required to strip a floor by up to 50%. No scrubbing is required after application and it is also rinse free. Carefree Floor Stripper can be used to strip polishes from Amtico floors, marmoleum floors, vinyl floors, natural tiles, travertine, marble, terrazzo, terracotta, etc.
Carefree Floor Stripper is not suitable to use on wood or laminate floors. It should remove up to 4 coats of floor polish at once but its efficiency depends on the type of polish and the condition of the floor. Carefree Stripper needs to be used diluted to avoid burning your floors. Never allow it to dry on the floor.
Carefree Floor Stripper | How to use
Mix 1 part stripper to 5 parts hot water and mop the floor generously with a big mop. Allow 5 minutes to work and extract the waste. If the floor has multiple coats of polish scrubbing with a black pad could be required. Avoid touching painted surfaces with the stripper and do not mix Carefree Floor Stripper with other products.
If there are still patches of polish left on the floor after one stripping operation you should repeat the procedure. Some floors can have up to 20 coats of polish so multiple stripping operations would be required to fully remove it. If you plan to use Carefree Floor Polish as a floor cleaner make sure that you only clean unsealed natural tiles. Mop the floors as usual, allow 5 minutes to work, scrub the grout and extract the waste.
Carefree Floor Stripper | Dilution
Never use Carefree Floor Polish straight to avoid staining floors. This product is highly active and if used on its own it could react with the floor and it could burn the floor. For lightly polished floors use a dilution of 1 to 10. For heavy duty floor stripping use a dilution of 1 to 5.
