The new Prochem Fab Clean 5L is a mild, nearly neutral PH, sofa and upholstery cleaning shampoo that can be used in conjunction with any residential sofa cleaning machine, commercial sofa cleaning machine or a truck mount system. The product is compatible with all types of sensitive fibres that are likely to react with harsh chemicals or unsuitable cleaning agents. The new Prochem Fab Clean 5L is a safe and effective fibre cleaning shampoo that will effectively remove dirt deposits in a matter of seconds and it will leave the surface unaffected. Like all other sofa and carpet cleaning products from the Prochem range, a pre-testing operation should be done before cleaning a large upholstery surface or a very sensitive surface. Dilute the product in warm water to increase its efficiency.
How To Use It
The recommended dilution rate is 1 to 66 but it can be increased or decreased based on the type of surface being treated and the condition of it. The new Prochem Fab Clean 5L has great cleaning capabilities, but if the surface is badly stained or very patchy looking, please use a pre-treatment that is compatible with the fibre before washing the whole surface.
- Pre-spray the entire surface with a fine mist of the new Prochem Fab Clean 5L until the entire fibre looks wet but not soaked.
- Allow direct contact for about 5-10 minutes to make sure that the product gets a chance to break the dirt.
- Use a soft upholstery brush to scrub the entire surface and prepare for the normal cleaning and extraction.
- Using the upholstery tool, spray and extract at the same time until the entire area was covered. Then stop spraying and extract only as much water as possible.
Recommendations
Do not use the product undiluted. Do not mix up a number of products to avoid unwanted reactions. Pre-treat all dark stains with specific stain removers. Extract as much water as you can to leave the surface over 90% dry. If the surface has a bad odour, add some odour neutraliser to the composition. Pre-test for compatibility before using the mixture on a large scale.
