Junckers Sylva Neutralizer I Why Use It
If you are deep cleaning a large sports hall or if you are removing old sealers from a sports hall floor, you are likely to leave some residue behind. While those residues are not visible to the naked eyes, it could really stop the further coatings of sealers from bonding with the wood surface.
A quick treatment with the new Junckers Sylva Neutralizer and the entire area will be neutralised and the risk of patchy finishes reduces dramatically. This product was designed for professional use and should be used as such. This product is highly appreciated by the professional wood floor cleaning trade.
Junckers Sylva Neutralizer I Where To Use It
The new Junckers Sylva Neutralizer is a heavy duty rising and neutralising agent for performance sport floors. It can be used to neutralise acidic, active and high PH cleaning products that were used to deep clean varnished or lacquered sports halls. This premium quality rinsing agent can also be used to do the same job on tiled floors and natural stone floors. It can be used for indoor and outdoor applications. Apply the product after the surface has dried.
Junckers Sylva Neutralizer I How To Use It
After the sports hall floor has been deep cleaned or after all pre-existing finishes are stripped off with the help of a polish remover or a floor stripper, you should use the new Junckers Sylva Neutralizer to get rid of all types of active chemicals that could be hiding inside the wood, in the grain or in the gaps. The product is highly concentrated and it will require a dilution of 1 to 20. The mixture has to be applied to the floor area with a normal mopping system, a pressure pump or some kind of scrubber drier.
After the mixture is on the floor surface, there is no need to scrub or agitate any longer. It will just bond with the active chemicals and fully neutralise it on the spot. One neutralising operation is usually more than enough if done correctly.
Make sure to apply a fine coat of the product all over the floor surface. All missed patches might still react with the harsh chemicals.
Junckers Sylva Neutralizer I Our Recommendations
This product has no cleaning power so do not use it as a cleaning product. You do not need to use the new Junckers Sylva Neutralizer if the floor gets sanded, it is only recommended when active chemicals are used on it.
Do not use it undiluted to avoid wasting the product. The dilution rate can be reduced when the product is being used with a scrubber drier. Do not add the new Junckers Sylva Neutralizer within the same mixture as the stripping chemical or the heavy duty cleaning product because it will not work. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines before use. Store safely out of reach of children.
