Evans Combi Oven Cleaner | Why Use It
If you are the owner of a combi oven, you must be fully aware how hard it is to remove all the carbon residue, all the grease splashes, dried fat and all other types of splashes that can happen during cooking. The standard Evans Oven Cleaner could be way too strong and it could easily stain the stainless steel frame or trays.
This was the main reason the new Evans Combi Oven Cleaner was invented. This is a professional oven cleaning product that is combi oven safe, it works quickly, it is affordable and it can be used for regular oven cleaning projects or oven maintenance projects.
Evans Combi Oven Cleaner | Where To Use It
Use the new Evans Combi Oven Cleaner inside all types of residential or commercial combi ovens. The product can be used successfully to deep clean the walls of the cooker, the ceiling of the cooker, all the shelving, the racks, all the trays and the oven glass. It works a treat on very old and carbonized residue and it also works well when used to remove new dirt. Due to its unique consistency, the new Evans Combi Oven Cleaner will nicely attach to the oven walls or any other type of vertical surfaces.
Evans Combi Oven Cleaner | How To Use
Start by removing as much residue or visible waste from inside the cooker as possible. Remember, for the new Evans Combi Oven Cleaner to provide decent results, the product has to be in direct contact with the dirt for a good few minutes. Spraying the product and wiping it off won`t work. The new Evans Combi Oven Cleaner has to be applied in a thick and uniform coat all over the cooker areas.
Then take a break for about 10-30 minutes while the oven cleaner breaks down all the carbon. Using a stainless steel scourer or a catering scourer, start scrubbing the surface in slow circular motions until the dirt gives up. Assess the results and if more cleaning is needed, repeat the operation.
Evans Combi Oven Cleaner | Recommendations
Make sure to fully protect your hands and your eyes. Do not spray the product on any other surface besides the inside of the cooker. Do not mix up the new Evans Combi Oven Cleaner with any other cleaning products and do not allow the new Evans Combi Oven Cleaner to dry inside the cooker. After the deep cleaning is done, make sure to turn the cooker on for about 30 minutes at maximum heat to burn down all chemical residue. Store the product out of reach of children and direct sunlight.
Work in well ventilated areas. Any catering scourer or stainless steel scourer used in the process of scrubbing the oven, should be thrown out.
Evans Combi Oven Cleaner is engineered to tackle the toughest oven contamination while remaining safe for combi oven interiors.
