The new Nordicare Furniture Oil is a professional furniture cleaner and furniture maintenance oil that can be used to clean and refresh all types of real wood furniture that was sealed with wax or oil. The new Nordicare Furniture Oil can also be used as the main sealer when applied on pieces of furniture that were never sealed before. A professional quality product for extraordinary maintenance of all kinds of real wood oiled furniture. The product is food safe and suitable to be used on surfaces where food is being prepared or served.
Nordicare Furniture Oil | How To Use
Like all other Nordicare products, the new Nordicare Furniture Oil is very easy to use and the results are nearly instant. There are two ways to use the new Nordicare Furniture Oil:
- Cleaning | Remove all the visible dirt from the surface and make sure that the wood surface is dry. Apply a few drops of the new Nordicare Furniture Oil directly to the wood and then use a clean microfiber cloth to lightly scrub the surface moving along with the fiber of the wood. The product will remove most types of dirt while refreshing the pre-existing finish.
- Sealing | Make sure that the wood surface is sanded up to 150 grit finish, dust free and spotless. Apply a small amount of the new Nordicare Furniture Oil directly on the wood and apply an even coat of the furniture oil making sure to move along with the fiber of the wood. The surface has to look wet but not soaked. Allow it to dry for about 10-15 minutes and then remove all the excess oil and give the surface a quick buff. Apply the second coat the next day. Up to 3 coats can be applied for the initial sealing. Regular refreshments are highly recommended to prevent staining.
Nordicare Furniture Oil | Recommendations
Do not use the new Nordicare Furniture Oil on varnished or painted surfaces. Do not use the new Nordicare Furniture Oil on wooden floors. The new Nordicare Furniture Oil is only suitable for indoor sealing and cleaning. Store the product away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
