The new Prochem Alkleen 5L is somewhere in between. The product is highly alkaline and safe to use on most types of water washable surfaces. Where To Use It
Use the new Prochem Alkleen 5L to deep clean all types of unsealed or sealed wooden floors and all types of water washable surfaces. Due to its high alkalinity, the new Prochem Alkleen 5L can remove ingrained dirt and grease deposits hassle free. It can be used for cleaning window frames, walls, patios, indoor and outdoor floors, garden furniture, equipment and pretty much any other type of surface that requires a deep clean with a strong alkaline cleaner. This product is highly appreciated by the professional floor cleaning and floor restoration trade.
How To Use It
Assess the surface condition and based on that, decide the dilution rate. If the surface requires a deep clean but nothing major, the dilution rate should be kept at around 1 to 20. If you are dealing with very dirty surfaces that require a more intense deep clean, then reduce the dilution rate to 1 to 10. Spray the entire area generously, allow direct contact for about 10 seconds, lightly scrub and extract the waste. If you are dealing with once off floor cleaning projects, please allow direct contact for about 10 minutes, then scrub the entire area with a good quality buffer brush or floor pad and then extract the waste. While the product is advertised as low foam, some defoamer should be added when doing deep floor cleaning projects. The dilution rate should go 1 to 50 when the product is used for regular maintenance in a scrubber drier.
