How To Use It
Identify the affected area and vacuum it well to extract as much residue as possible and make sure that there is nothing to stop the new Prochem Rust Remover 1L from reaching the stain. Shake the bottle well and put on a pair of gloves (and any other PPE recommended by the manufacturer). All you need for this operation is the rust remover, one soft upholstery brush, a sponge and a few clean rags.
- Apply a coat of the new Prochem Rust Remover 1L all over the affected area and allow it to react for about 10-15 minutes.
- A gentle scrubbing with the upholstery brush or the sponge is highly recommended to break down the stain and separate the fibres.
- Tap the affected area with a cloth to extract as much waste as possible. If the operation was done correctly, the rust from the surface should start to transfer gradually to the clean cloth.
