Ecotech Probe Wipes | Why Use It
If you are cooking or processing any type of food, you are obliged by the law to use probe wipes. Ecotech Probe Wipes | How To Use It
Start by removing all the large visible pieces of dirt and residue. Use a kitchen cleaner and degreaser to deep clean the surface and break the dirt in small extractable particles and then use the new Ecotech Probe Wipes to disinfect. You do not need to use more than 1-2 wipes at the same time. The probe wipes are impregnated with a powerful cleaning and disinfecting solution. Scrub the surface lightly from one side to the other. While cleaning surfaces that are not that dirty or that are cleaned regularly, then the initial cleaning is not required and the new Ecotech Probe Wipes will do the whole cleaning project. The probe wipes are fitted inside a plastic tub. There are 100 large wet cleaning wipes. Pull one wipe at a time through the top lid.

Do not use any type of wet wipes to clean any surface where the food is being deposited or cooked unless the wipes are “probe” wipes.
