In a bucket of 5L of warm water add about 2 caps of Carver Deterol | Oiled Floor Cleaner And Maintainer. Use a flat mopping system or a standard mopping system. The mop has to be wet but not soaked. Start washing the floor going along the fibre of the wood. Vacuum or sweep the floor before washing it. Wash your floors a few times per week to prevent dirt from depositing inside the grain of the wood.
