Dirtbusters Eco Degreaser | Where To Use It
The new Dirtbusters Eco Degreaser is a professional kitchen cleaning and kitchen degreasing product compatible with all kitchen water washable surfaces. It can be used to clean all stainless steel worktops and all stainless steel fittings, all wall tiles (sealed or unsealed), all cookers, all microwaves, all woodwork, floors, lights, plastic, switches, etc. The product is highly aggressive on the grease itself but very gentle on the base surface. It can also be added to a cleaning solution to make that particular cleaning solution a degreaser as well. Dirtbusters Eco Degreaser | How To Use It
Diluting the product should be the first step. The recommended dilution rate for this product is somewhere between 1 to 10 to 1 to 15, depending on the job complexity and the type of surface cleaned. For very tough jobs the minimum dilution should be applied while for daily cleaning and maintenance, the maximum dilution should apply.
General Kitchen Cleaning : Mixing up the product with warm water will make the product much more cost effective. Do not be in a hurry when degreasing very dirty surfaces. Pre-spray a medium size area and allow direct contact for 1-3 minutes. Lightly scrub with a green catering scourer and extract the waste with a dry cloth. For daily cleaning and maintenance, direct contact of 5 seconds is more than enough.
Floor Cleaning : Pre-soak the floor for about 10 minutes. The grease on the floor is much tougher than the grease on a wall. Daily traffic on it has created a compact surface that will require a bit of time to dissolve. Mop the floor, do not touch it for 10 minutes, scrub with a low speed floor buffer or a good decking brush & extract the waste. In some cases a second cleaning operation might be required. But the essential part is to allow the product to break the dirt.
General Spray & Wipe : If you are planning to add a bit of the new Dirtbusters Eco Degreaser to a pre-existing cleaning mixture to make that product a degreaser, add one cap per 10 L bucket.
